Execution
Prepare the Avocado Mash:
In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Mix the Chicken:
In another bowl, toss the shredded chicken with Greek yogurt (or mayo) and a sprinkle of paprika for extra depth.
Toast the Bread:
