Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk 🥛

- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 💪🏼
- ½ cup pistachios, finely chopped 🌰
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup 🍯
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
- ¼ tsp almond extract (for extra nuttiness) 🌰
- 1 pinch salt 🧂
For That Classic Green Hue 💚 (Optional)
- ½ tsp matcha powder 🍵 OR
- A few drops natural green food coloring 🌱

Execution
Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, vanilla, almond extract, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the Pistachios:
Stir in the chopped pistachios 🌰 for crunch and authentic flavor.
Churn the Ice Cream:
If using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture in and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
If no ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and stir every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours to break up ice crystals.
Freeze & Serve:

- For an even creamier texture, blend in ½ a frozen banana 🍌 before freezing!
