Ingredients
For the salmon:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp capers, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, sliced
For the garnish:
Extra fresh dill, chopped

Execution
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon fillets.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top with capers and chopped fresh dill.
Place lemon slices on top of the fillets for added flavor and brightness.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
Remove from the oven and garnish with extra fresh dill.
