Ingredients
For the Flatbread Pizza π
- 2 flatbreads (naan or pita work great!) π«
- 1 tbsp olive oil π«
- Β½ cup hummus (as the base) π§
- Β½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved π
- ΒΌ cup red onion, thinly sliced π§
- ΒΌ cup Kalamata olives, sliced π«
- Β½ cup feta cheese, crumbled π§
- ΒΌ tsp oregano πΏ
- ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (for a kick!) π₯
- Handful of baby spinach or arugula π±
For the Tzatziki Drizzle π₯
Salt & black pepper, to taste π§
Β½ cup Greek yogurt π¦
ΒΌ cup cucumber, finely grated π₯
1 tbsp lemon juice π
1 clove garlic, minced π§
1 tbsp olive oil π«
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped πΏ

Execution
Prepare the Tzatziki:
In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
Let it chill in the fridge while you prepare the pizza.
Preheat & Assemble:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil.
Build the Flavor Layers:
Spread a generous layer of hummus over each flatbread.
Top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, feta cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Bake to Perfection:
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden.
Final Touches:
Remove from the oven and top with fresh spinach or arugula.
Drizzle with the chilled tzatziki sauce for a burst of freshness
