Ingredients

For the Dressing π―

- Salt & black pepper, to taste π§

Execution
Prepare the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Assemble the Salad:
Arrange mixed greens on a large platter or individual plates.
Top with pear slices, crumbled blue cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries, and red onion.
Dress & Serve:
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
